This is education, not advice
The information here is written for the general reader and does not replace a personal medical consultation. It cannot tell you what is happening in your own face, whether treatment is safe given your health and your medicines, or what your face would look like either way in five years' time.
Nothing here reverses age
Aesthetic treatment can change specific things about a face: the depth of a crease, the amount of volume in one area, the evenness of pigment, the position of a lid that is obstructing vision. It does not reverse ageing, and no treatment returns a face of this age to the tissue it had twenty years ago. Anyone describing a treatment that way is describing something that does not exist.
Your health can make treatment the wrong decision
A medicine you take for another condition, a reading that is not well controlled, an eye condition or a healing history can make a treatment unsafe, or make the recovery disproportionate to the change. That is a clinical finding, not a refusal on grounds of age, and it is reviewed by the responsible physician with you rather than about you.
No outcome is guaranteed
Results vary with skin type, health, healing response, how consistently a plan is followed and how much time is allowed. No outcome and no number of sessions can be promised, and choosing not to have treatment is a legitimate clinical decision rather than a lost opportunity.
